Welcome to SUN TOWER, a spacious and welcoming holiday home in the heart of Calolziocorte, in a strategic location to discover Lecco, Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Spread over multiple levels, it combines the charm of a traditional Italian townhouse with large and functional spaces, ideal for families and groups of friends. The perfect starting point for a stay filled with nature, culture and relaxation, exploring one of the most beautiful areas of Lombardy.

On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, you will find a bright and inviting living area consisting of a large fully equipped kitchen, furnished with warm wooden furniture, and a comfortable living room with Smart TV. On the same level there is a double bedroom and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. The upper floor hosts the sleeping area, composed of three bedrooms: two double rooms and one with two single beds, all equipped with TVs to ensure comfort and privacy for every guest. On this floor there is also a second full bathroom with shower, designed to offer maximum convenience even for larger groups. On the ground floor there is a characteristic vaulted-ceiling room, ideal as a bicycle storage area and equipped with professional tools for bike maintenance and adjustment, perfect for cycling enthusiasts, as well as a convenient private laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Outside, the private garden offers a quiet and welcoming space where guests can relax outdoors, enjoy meals together or spend pleasant social moments in the cool courtyard.

A short drive takes you to Lecco, with its elegant lakeside promenade, historic centre and many restaurants and cafés overlooking the water. Continuing along the lake, you reach Abbadia Lariana, known for its wide free beach and crystal-clear waters, perfect for a relaxing day or water sports. From here you can take a boat and visit two of the lake’s most iconic destinations: Bellagio, famous for its scenic alleys and historic villas, and Varenna, a romantic village with charming views, lakeside walks and authentic atmosphere. For mountain lovers, the Piani Resinelli offer hiking trails surrounded by nature, rocky cliffs and spectacular views. Don’t miss Parco Valentino, where a scenic viewpoint offers a unique panorama over Lake Como and the surrounding peaks. The city centre of Como is also easily reachable and worth a visit for its historic centre, cathedral, elegant squares and lively lakeside promenade, ideal for a walk or a boat trip.

By car, from the SS36 Lake Como and Spluga road, take the Lecco Bione/Bergamo/Venezia exit. Using GPS, the property is about 10 minutes away.

By train, Calolziocorte Olginate station is well connected to Milan and Lecco and is about a 10-minute walk from the property.
