Semi detached house with community pool 5 minutes from the beach:


Cozy semi-detached house for four people two minutes walk from the magnificent beach of Torre Valentina. Decorated in a marine style, it has a kitchen, living / dining room with access to a terrace that offers a lot of privacy, a double room with access to a balcony, one with two single beds, a full bathroom. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs, outdoor lighting and barbecue to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors. The house is located in a very small community with a community pool.





Additional information:

A cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

No smoking allowed in the house .

Well trained pets are welcome - max 1.

Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included in the price for all guests.





Groups of young people under 25 and parties are not allowed in this house. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are more than welcome.

The tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It will be charged according to the rate in force at the time of check-in.

Key collection and return take place at our office in Calonge (Costabravaway), located just a few minutes' drive from our accommodations.
