”Traditional and convenient place to stay in Valladolid centre. The swimming pool and nice restaurant are good reasons to book this hotel. We enjoyed the charming old building but the room (cheapest room type) could definitely benefit from renovation, especially the bathroom. Hot water in the shower was a hit and miss. ”

”This was our third stay at Zentik. This is the best stay in Valladolid. Number 1 restaurant. Charming tropical grounds. Unique heated cave (hot tub but huge). Pool is nice size for a 13 room property. Palapa roofs, unique tropical trees and plants. Both pool and cava are open 24 hours. Food and drink are reasonably priced and gourmet. Adults only. Short taxi to Centro. Staff is caring and attentive. Just the best!”

”Good location. Pool Area and room like pictures. BUT I wouldn't recommend this Classic suite to anyone. It is in street level, in front of the reception. It's not soundproof at all, you basically hear everything from the pedestrians' steps to traffic noise straight to the room day n night. So no "view to city", you cannot open the windows/door because it is ground level.
Also AC wasn't working properly in this room.
Staff was friendly, but info about water problems beforehand would have been...

”Our check in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and easy to find. We did not get a chance to check out the pool but it looks clean and the kids staying here seem to love it! It was quiet at night and they have blackout curtains which are super helpful. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious enough to hold my belongings. I would have preferres more towels but the staff was accommodating when i requested more. The showers were nice but not fully enclosed so...
