The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. Beautiful room , very smart and clean, lovely river views, comfy bed and spotless linen.Only downside to room 19 is the noise during the day and early eve from people eating below on the terrace, but very quiet overnight. Also before 9am in the morning, hammer banging and electric drill noise outside window next to our headboard, suggest workmen check if room occupied before commencing work! But overall would recommend a stay, the staff were all very friendly and...
