This property is available monthly only. Private beach with nice staircase in the community. Private parking space is available for one car. A second car can be parked at the clubhouse which is a five minute walk from the cottage. The wineries are a short drive from our cottage. Greenport is about a 30-40 minute drive. Riverhead town is a fifteen drive and features outlet shopping, a nice riverfront district with restaurants, and additional shops. There are numerous farm stands, horseback riding, Golf Courses, Splash Splash Water Park, & Local Aquarium in addition to all of the local Wineries.
