”Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. ”

”Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch für die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. ”

”We booked this very large finca fairly last minute as had flights moved from 2020 and didn’t want to have to cancel last minute. The communication before we arrived was excellent with regards to the paperwork needed and any questions we had. Magdalena was very friendly and responded straight away in most cases. "The air conditioning in the room was great and the view too. The breakfast was a good addition and everything was available. Yes, I could go again. The swimming pool was also nice. The hotel area was also clean and the cleaning was done every day. The beach was within walking distance and you could also take the bus to Palma. "
