”We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. Our room was spacious and spotless. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the peaceful pool area. Highly recommend for a relaxing couple’s getaway!”

”Lovely clean, spacious and bright rooms. Nice social and outdoor spaces. Great location between the beach and main road. What makes this property extra special is the 2 sisters that manage it. They will help you with anything you need including transport, day trips, restaurants, etc. They make the place warm and inviting, which makes it feel like home. ”

”We had a river/garden view room with balcony on the 3rd floor. View was beautiful. Room was bigger than expected with King size bed and nice sitting area, with views of the river. Fresh fruit, flowers, and a welcome note. Open area to hang clothes but no other options to store clothes (packing cubes on the shelf beneath the hanging clothes worked fine for us). Separate toilet room with sink outside toilet room. Shower/bathtub room with views of the river. Small fridge, hot water pot and coffee...

”The location is excellent. Very walkable to the old town, to shopping, and to anything you might want. However, the hotel is overpriced for Hoi An. It is not 5 star as advertised, but more like 3 star. The breakfast is very limited and basic. There seems to be only one young lady who runs the breakfast and everything else, and you depend on her for anything you need. For breakfast she served me some pancakes soaked in a super sweet chocolate concoction. When I asked for the pancakes without...

”A beautiful family owned business who were extremely accommodating and had the warmest energy. Our room was an amazing size and the distance from the Homestay to the market was a leisurely stroll. The room was clean and provided fresh towels on a daily basis however, the air did have a sense of humidity within the room but this did not distract from the warm and generous spirit of the owners. ”

”Tucked away from the noisy part of Hoi An, this is a very peaceful place. Beautiful old bonsai trees and a fish pond in the courtyard, which i had the view of during breakfast. Breakfast was made to order, so it was fresh and delicious. Staff were very kind and warm. ”

”This hotel is very fine except poor breakfast. The room is spacious, modern and bed is big and comfort BUT...you can order only one food and one drink from list and that's not enough... Pool is tiny and in the shade while sun is shining.”

”The Calm House is really tranquil and nice. It’s in a residential neighborhood, but not in a busy road - so you’ll hear mostly roosters to your room. It’s bit far from the centre, but still within walking distance (15 minutes). The staff is really nice and speak good English too!”

”We had a lovely stay at the Windbell. The staff were super nice and accommodating, the grounds were well taken care of. The rooms were clean, although they definitely had a dampness to them. Overall, good price for what you get and would stay again. ”
