Rustico with Jacuzzi

Location: This beautiful, completely renovated rustico is located in the hills of Camaiore, above the small village of Casoli, in a very quiet location with a fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding woods. The house can be reached via the winding road that leads to Casoli and the last stretch via an unpaved road up to the rustico. The route is uphill, but when you reach the end you will be rewarded with a beautiful holiday location. The property is surrounded by an olive grove and guests can enjoy the peace and quiet under the pergola or on the terrace where the hot tub is located.
The conditions for a peaceful and relaxing holiday are in place.
Facilities: The living space will be approx. 150 m². The furnishings are typically Tuscan, with good taste and attention to detail. Large living room with sofa bed for 2 people and open-plan kitchen. Satellite TV, WiFi and fireplace are available.
Bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. It is possible to add a bed on request. Bathroom with shower.

To be paid on site: Deposit not optional €200. Electricity, gas and water not optional €50 per week. Final cleaning not optional €70. Bed linen and towels provided free of charge once.
