”Nice place not far from the river! Friendly host and safe neighborhood, perfect place to wind down after our work event. The deck was nice to have at nighttime, it was very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood.”

”2nd time renting from this host and will continue when we come to Davenport. New subdivision, great for walking, close to a trail. Conveniently located with easy access to grocery, restaurants, highway. Units are clean, spacious, well-equipped with whatever you need, and comfortable. As pics describe, you get a full kitchen, dining, living room, laundry room, and nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Bonus is access to a garage! Check-in/out, as well as communication with host, was seamless!”

”Great location close to multiple breweries and restaurants. During the summer there's a great walking path across the street and a farmer's market close by. Condo was great for a quick get away and had everything we needed.”

”The Suites were nice and clean. They were as advertised. The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. ”

”The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!”
