”Very well-stocked home in a beautiful setting. It was very private and lovely to see the whales out in the water. Bald eagles floated past the big bay windows and there is lovely hiking just minutes away. The beds and bedding are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook, and there are a few places close to go for supplies. There are 43 steps down to the front door through a series of 5 staircases. If you have any mobility issues, this would be a difficult stay. ”

”The host was really helpful. Once we got in the house it was cold but it got warm once we start heaters and the fireplace. The manager also dropped off duraflame logs. Because of severe weather the internet service was down. But it was fixed on the second day. The host even did refund for that. She checked us several times to see that we were okay.We also forgot a book at home she helped us to pick that up.It was a nice house though. I appreciate her help.”

”Beautiful place, lots and lots of stairs. Waterfront is on a little lagoon that is made by the embankment for the train rt of way. Trains pass by occasionally, I found the sound kind of peaceful, but if you think you will be disturbed, bring ear plugs.There is a gorgeous fire place as the center of the house, but guests are not able to utilize it. The fire space on the beach is small and viney, but we made do. Just don't expect to sit around a fire for a long time.All in all, a very good stay...
