L'Ancrage - Characterful House in the Artists' Quarter

Welcome to L’Ancrage, a 17th-century Breton house for a break in tune with the tides.



Just 50 m from the harbour, shops, restaurants, quays, the beach and GR34 trails are all within walking distance. Our family gathers here to reconnect and recharge, and we want to share it with you. The street is quiet and pedestrianised, with parking nearby.



The house retains its historic charm and proportions. If you want a bright, modern interior heated to 25°C in winter, it may not be for you. But if you love authentic places with a story, you should feel at home.



A pellet stove provides the main heating. Depending on the weather and stove use, temperatures range from 18 to 20°C. One bag of pellets is provided; more can be bought in nearby shops. Fireside throws and cosy duvets await after a day outdoors.



From autumn to summer, Camaret reveals its many sides: turquoise waters, storms, spring tides, walks, water sports and sunsets over Pen-Hir. Each season offers a different way to explore the peninsula.



The house sleeps up to 10 guests (ideally 6–8 adults), with 3 bedrooms, a wizard-themed mezzanine, 2 shower rooms, welcoming shared spaces and equipment for young children.



Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee. Towels and beds made up on arrival are also available for an additional fee.
