Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €300 per accommodation (refundable provided no damage, missing items, or additional cleaning is required).
• A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival; this amount is subject to change.

Important Information

• Guests receive 1 free sauna or steam room session per apartment, per week.
• Spa: only accessible to guests over the age of 16 or between the ages of 10 and 16 if accompanied by an adult.

• Parking: 1 parking space in outdoor parking included.

Additional Options & Services

• For short stays of 2 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
• Some residences accept pets for an additional charge of €7/pet/night or €39/pet for 6+ nights.
• For long stays of 7+ nights, beds made on arrival costs €35 (must be informed of the number to be made); full end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette) is available for €55–€80.
• Bed linen and towels are included upon arrival; however, a change of bed linen and towels costs €9/kit.
