”Our adult son stayed in this unit during Thanksgiving while we (parents) stayed in the upstairs unit. It worked out very well. We were asked to rate the pool, but we are not aware of any pool here. ”Wonderful location, great trails right out the door, creek near by, sounds at night only of frogs and owls. Very nice and responsive hosts. Not for everyone; it is rustic, not elegant -- but exactly what we want. Also a great deal for the price. Having a full kitchen saved us a lot of money. ”

”The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. ”
