”This review is for the house we stayed in Winnetka, where they had to move due to plumbing issues which was outstanding already, they could’ve canceled our booking and we would’ve struggled due to the time constraints, she gave us the option but was positive about making it work. ”I was in need of a rental home for 3 weeks. I could not have found a better home and host than right here. The communication was stellar throughout. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook...

”We rented this property for spring break for a week, there were 11 of us and several family came over for dinners. Plenty of outdoor space and it was as pictured. The games outside and pool were perfect and as listed. The beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the extra sheets and towels with all the kids. The property needed a few things but the manager was very responsive and got them for us right away. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked when cooking for at least 11 but we made do....

”Absolutely AMAZING. Beach is right outside! Interior floor plan was simply perfect. Great area for all of the family to gather around and share tales! The house just felt like our home the second we walked in. The owners provided specifics on restaurants, hikes & things to do. Everything worked perfectly. Plenty of parking with ease to access. Bottom line: Hands down this is the best house we have ever visited and our plan is to be back soon. ”
