”This place is misleading and poorly maintained. It looks nothing like the photos shown on Expedia.
I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but it was clearly a smoking room. The smell was overwhelming—so strong that all of my clothes and belongings ended up smelling like smoke after just one night.
Cleanliness was a serious issue. There was visible dust on the chair and even trash left under it, which made it obvious the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bedsheets didn’t feel fresh and...

”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”

”The staff were lovely but the property is definitely showing signs of age and neglect. The property needs to be cleaned up and maintained a bit better. Hot tub wasn't working when we were there. ”
