”Very clean, nice location. Rooms were big and bathroom was really a nice size. Windows opened in the room and the bathroom, which I liked. Close to downtown Ithaca and restaurants. Spa was great! Outside property looks a bit dated. Could use some sprucing up, maybe some flowers and new plants but overall very nice. Would definitely return. ”

”It was a beautiful complex, not just a hotel. Right on the Salmon river with outdoor games and a spa. A nice restaurant and bar that served up a great breakfast. The amenities were plentiful. I wish we could have stayed longer.”

”Small but very beautiful & upscale experience. Spa was wonderful. Pricey but very nice. Everything was high quality & it was a great experience even in the winter. Loved the French /Monet theme. Even the furniture was detailed that way. Very clean & staff very accommodating. ”

”The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...
