”Didn’t not receive room service. Asked for towel to take a shower waited over 2 hours then needed to use re use two day old towels.
First night didn't even have toilet payer in room. Needed to go down to front desk and pick it up.
Glad i checked before. I expect more from a holiday inn express. ”
