”While the front desk clerk was nice and did help resolve some of our problems, housekeeping had not done their job. The bathroom floor was sticky, no tissues, only about 1/4 roll of toilet tissue and someone’s leftovers were left in the refrigerator. ”

”Didn’t not receive room service. Asked for towel to take a shower waited over 2 hours then needed to use re use two day old towels. First night didn't even have toilet payer in room. Needed to go down to front desk and pick it up. Glad i checked before. I expect more from a holiday inn express. ”

”Hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was ok but did have a good variety. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the pillows were not comfortable. But I would stay there again.”

”The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain...

”The room was spacious, clean, and nicely updated, which made our stay very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our short stay. It felt like a great deal overall—especially when you consider that breakfast was included, with perfectly crispy bacon to top it off.”

”The lady checking in was very polite friendly and respectful the too was very basic the tv didn’t work and the tub was severely chipped but it was quiet and clean for the most part wasp nest by almost every room doors as well”
