”We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point.”

”The breakfast menu was very selective, hot, and tasteful. The room was clean and the staff was very professional and customer service oriented. The air conditioning was great in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel and certainly always pick it when I stay in the Memphis area.”

This hotel was nasty they didn’t have trash bags in the trash cans, whoever cleaned the room swept all the trash under the beds, the walls had cracks in them the furniture was old and a mess, the pool was over filled and the pool furniture WAS NASTY AND HORRIBLE!! This was the worst stay EVER!!”

”The parking was easy. The room key didn’t work and had to walk back to lobby for a new one. The employees were nice though. The rooms outdated and what repairs that were done were messy and done poorly. The back of the property had old tubs sitting out with weeds growing in them and trash all over. The bathroom in the lobby wasn’t working at all. The breakfast would never pass health department inspection. The eggs were cold as were the biscuits, the sausage was room temperature. ”Front desk took forever to let us in and there were issues with the checkin process that took forever as well. Though I picked a smoke free room the room was stinking of cigarettes! Carpets are dirty sink was broken....overall a terrible stay! WILL NOT Recommend!”

”Recently remodeled April 2026. Got to be the first to stay in the newly remodeled room. We enjoyed the accommodating staff and the amazing fresh ground coffee machines that are 24/7! I am a coffee-aholic and this was wonderful to have. The property has beautiful art work and spacious. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. ”
