”Clean, tidy and well located for my trip. Breakfast was ok but everything was served from paper plates...”

”My mom & i was there for only one night, due to me having surgery. The room was nice and clean. The problem we has was the big lamp wouldn't come on tried unplugging/ plugging it up yet it didn't work. There was a fridge no microwave. There was a Foul Smell coming from the bathroom it was Clean but the smell was reall rank.”

”Bathroom and room did not look cleaned very well. Service did put new towels did not make beds. A/C had bad cord looked burnt had to manipulate plug connection a bit for it to work. Lobby and Breakfast area was clean and prepaired each morning on time. Price was very cheap so it is what it is. Worked for my work trip. A little cleaning and maintenance in room and it would be 4 stars for the money.”

”For an inexpensive hotel, this was pretty good. There were a few things that could have been better: there was only one trash can in the suite, the toilet paper holder was broken. On the positive side there was an ice maker in the refrigerator and the suite was two stories with ample sleeping options.”

”Brand new and feels like it. Staff was super helpful and very kind. Everyone had a smile and was amazing. The staff at the desk were so nice. I got in a little early and they didn’t give me a hard time and found a room that was ready early. That is so appreciated when you had to catch 2 flights to get there. Loved this property and will be back.”

”This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.”

”Upon arrival my non smoking room was a smoking room. Finally get them to change it after they said they couldnt. The 1st room the key wouldnt unlock so the manager had to unlock with his manual key. He said he could just let me in every time i needed in my room. I requested a different room. He finally agreed. The 2nd room reaked of cigarettes. The blanket had cigarette holes all over it. He said it was a nonsmoking room. The microwave was diagusting. It dropped in the 50s at night and the heat...

”Well, For the price I ought not complain… But, the cover sheet on the bed had 8-10 cigarettes burns… the bathroom towels were the cheapest I’ve ever seen. Z The carpet made my feet hurt. Pretty bad.”

”Staff entered my room while my belongings were still inside, removed my items, placed them into bags, and gave the room away. I had spoken with the front desk earlier that morning, and after a long workday I came back to find my room no longer available and my belongings handled by staff. This was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A hotel should not remove a guest’s personal property and give away the room without properly resolving the situation first. I would not stay here again.”
