”The hotel was clean and staff for the one's who were actually there were nice. I left my pillow in the room but no staff would pick up the phone no matter how many times I called. Goodbye pillow. The room was really hot but comfortable. Breakfast was good.”

”I’ll start by saying room was clean and bed very comfortable. I slept well. It had a mini fridge which I appreciate. The window opened and allowed me to get fresh air. Priced great! However, the remote for the tv didn’t work. I had to use the side of tv and it was the longest check in I have ever experienced. The staff was friendly. Overall I was happy with my stay.”

”Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer”

”The staff was super friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!”

”As with many other Comfort Inn properties, this facility was average at best. Due to limited availability in the area, I ended up paying a significant amount ($1,200 for a 3-night stay) which made the overall experience even more disappointing. The first room assigned to me had mold on the windows, which I unfortunately discovered on the second day. To the hotel’s credit, the front desk changed the room promptly once I reported it. On the first day itself, I had also requested a replacement...

”Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly l. The walls are think and we could hear alot of noise in the hall and the doors are not soft closing so when people came out of the room the doors slammed shut. But I would stay there again”
