”The room was large and comfortable, with a refrigerator and microwave as well as a TV with a wide variety of channels. The bathroom had a night-light so we didn't have to deal with the glare of overhead lights during the night. I especially appreciated that the excellent breakfast bar included gluten-free bagels without even having to request them! The breakfast room was large and sunny with plenty of tables.”

The first floor room was excellent - quiet - comfortable bed and AC was great on a very hot day. Second stay was good but not great - bed was no where near as comfortable and was very creaky every time i moved - wasn’t as supportive. Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!”

”The girl who checked us in was not friendly or informative. We had no idea where our room was or where to park. No information about amenities or a pool. Our handicap accessible room had about 12 inches of space between the bottom of the bed and the wall. Barely enough room to squeeze through to get to the bathroom. ”Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place...

”Disappointing stay. The hotel failed to disclose loud ongoing renovations and a power outage that resulted in no hot water and non-functioning phone service. Our reserved King room was unavailable upon arrival, the room was not clean (stained sheets and hair), and mold was present on breakfast bagels. To make matters worse, there were billing issues at checkout and staff could not provide a clear resolution. Overall, poor communication, poor cleanliness, and a frustrating guest experience. Do...
