”If you want a place to stay where you won’t be able to get any sort of peace and quiet, or appropriate amenities within the room, and staff are non responsive to your needs, definitely book here. It will be worth the waste of money. ”

”This is a consistently solid choice for an overnight stay before a flight. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean…only thing I noticed on my last stay was the noise level in the parking lot was a bit much. I’ll just request a room on the other side next trip out. ”

”Sink and bathroom drains plugged. Showered in 3 inches of water. Additionally no bath towels on room . Used face clothed sized towels to dry off after the shower. I will not book comfort inn again. ”

The parking lot was also not clearly marked. The only positive is that the bed was comfortable. I would not stay here again. ”

”Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was great, bar was great, and the complementary breakfast was sooooo good. Didn’t taste like the typical comp breakfast. And the man who was making the omelettes was singing his absolute heart out by himself and I loved it, haha. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in Syracuse :) ”

”Thin walls and floors, you can hear everything going on above you and next door. Ac/heat unit fan is very loud. Towels are low quality and scratchy. Bring your own pillow, hotels are squishy, if you need firm pillow. All conditions above cuase zero sleep night, would not stay there again.”

”Parking was fine. Breakfast was terrible especially the second morning. No fresh prep for the new day. There was more broken than operational. Just not good enough.”
