This home is located in a peaceful area, just a few minutes from the center and the sea — easily reachable on foot .
Perfect for those looking for relaxation, beauty, and Ligurian authenticity .


🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION

This cozy apartment is ideal for a relaxing vacation! It features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and direct access to a lovely terrace 🌿, a separate kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub 🛁.

The home is equipped with air conditioning ❄️ for maximum comfort.
Among its highlights: a seasonal shared pool 🏊‍♂️ (open from June 15 to September 15), and shared parking 🚗 (non-exclusive use). A parking pass and instructions are provided in the apartment.
If space is available, you can park there directly; otherwise, free public parking is available nearby.
To access the apartment, you can use the elevator (depth: 105 cm, door width: 52 cm) from the street-level garage (ideal for unloading luggage), or take the stairs.
The house is about a 15-minute walk from the center of Camogli. The return includes a climb 🚶‍♀️, but the peace and views are well worth it! 🌞

🌴 FREE ACCESS TO A PRIVATE BEACH – MAY ONLY!

From May 1st to May 30th (Monday to Friday only), you’ll enjoy free access to a private beach 🏖️ for up to 5 people, including 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers ☂️🪑.
A changing room is also available (non-exclusive use).
Access is valid starting the day after arrival and includes the entire day of departure.
A perfect opportunity to relax by the sea with no worries! 🌞

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay.
If you need anything, feel free to contact us via the same channel — we’re available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, without interruption!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, with no constraints.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance — the service is subject to availability.

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.”
If you plan to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking access hours.
Paid parking 🅿️ is available in town, where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and highchair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• Service cost: €30 per stay, including bed linen

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the booking price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the local recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will apply
