”We arrived late and booked the room through Expedia to save some money. We got a king room with a kitchenette. That was great because we had frozen items in a cooler that needed to be placed in the freezer overnight. The bed in the room was very comfortable, including the pillows. I used the shower and noticed that a prior occupant had placed part of a false eyelash on the wall. This wasn't noticed by housekeepinh to remove it. I wouldn't have noticed it either, if I didn't use the shower. ...

”We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...

”Manor on the Mile 2 is a clean, modern, and pristine rural property, away from, yet very close to many urban locations. We will definitely go back should when we need to stay in the area. Sweet host, too.”

”The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.”

”I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under...

”It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”
