Upon arrival to the hotel, it was 9:30 PM and there were no other rooms available so I believe I got the last room. Room 110 was hard to open as the door was stuck when we were trying to open. Then when entering into the room, there was a musty mildew smell. After bringing our items in after a long day of moving my daughter into the college, we realized there was mold on the back of the door as well as the walls near the bathroom. Looking up, we saw a ceiling tile that had water damage and you could see black mold on the tile ceiling. I then noticed mildew on the back door and went to the front desk. They said there were no more rooms they were booked in the area. Nick from the desk came with Clorox bleach wipes, and we both wipe down the walls and doors. We were only staying one night so we went to the pool for about 20 minutes where there remembers vaping and had glass alcohol bottles on the table. When I returned to the room, he decided to go to sleep however, when I woke up the next morning, and the sun was shining through the window. I noticed there was mildew and mold all over most of the walls and on more of the material in the room. I took pictures as well as talked to the front desk Nick again, and he was going to talk to their supervisor. I called Expedia because I thought my funding went through them, but they contacted super eight and I was informed there would be a 50% refund, but that never happened. I’m now in the process of contacting else where!
