Room was super clean. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff were very nice and easy to communicate with. Only thing I didn't like about the room was the fact that the blinds did not close. It was very bright in the morning and it made sleeping in a bit difficult. I hope management fixes this issue asap.

Staff was amazing. Overall property was not, didn’t have my reservation, room was dirty, no house keeping, pool and hot tub “closed” and dirty

This property is convenient to the highway which is basically what we needed for the night. There are a couple of fast food restaurants and a Starbucks close. Great if you're passing through on your way to the Grand Canyon. We did visit Jerome during our stay which is close and worth seeing while you're there.

The lady at the front desk made cookies for us.......but when I was leaving this morning at 7am ,the trash can by the front entrance was full and running over....not a good look

The ice machine unfortunately wasn’t working while we were there. The hot tub wasn’t working as well. It was a good place to stay, those two things were the only things we had issues with.

Breakfast on Thursday, April 4th was wonderful. A warm breakfast, (eggs and such) on Friday, April 5th was missing. That's a huge no bueno.

Need some TLC. A bit run down. Still functioning. Price bring up its value. Breakfast is very limited. However there is a star Buck across the street. We stay for 4 nights. Our room did not get refresh. They are short on staff. The main dryer broke so I guess they are short of sheets.

Parking easy, check in fast and easy, bed was comfortable, breakfast was typical for this kind of hotel, and staff were wonderful! Walls are thin, the man next door was loud on his phone and had his TV on very loud for way too long. Wasn't there long enough use the amenities.

The property was very "dated" and showed wear and tear. The first room we were assigned had a non-functioning toilet. We were told that someone would be in to deal with it, but after waiting for about 20 min. I went down to the desk where the attendant let me know the maintenance person had gone home. So we then moved to another room that was satisfactory, but showed it age.

I just recently took over as the GM and am trying to change things such as Agents plunging the toilets versus you. That one doesn't make much sense to me and I will be following up with those agents. Number one. The toilet was overflowing and we called them and they punched it and then gave us the plunger and showed us how to turn off the water in case it happened again. I didn't pay money for hotel room to plunge the toilet there. They should have switched me to another room. The bathtub plug doesn't work. It's just run down. Now the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good and overall the room itself was clean

Check in was delayed a little bit because they were short staffed of employees. The next day breakfast didn't happen because the employee didnt show up, but yet there were two employees at the front lobby just sitting there.

The front seat staff was kind, breakfast was nice (minimal seating), and the parking area was had several cameras all around, but once you got past the lobby all you saw was a place falling apart and dirty common areas (laundry room, hallways, lobby in each floor, stairwell. The only common area that was kept clean was the breakfast room. Staff areas were in full display. Trash cans in all areas were full at all times. The rooms were not the cleanest, but the beds had fresh sheets and no bed bugs (I checked). The bathroom and sink walls were gross. The floors felt sticky. My family of 4 were not given enough towels (we only got two) so we went to request more and we couldn’t even get towels for all of us until the next day. We were not the only ones asking for extra towels either. We stayed 4 nights and the room was never cleaned even when we requested a cleaning. Said they clean every 3rd day. Very disappointed with this hotel.

So far our stay has not been good. The wifi is horrible, the elevator is scary, something is wrong with the toilet so they sent us a plunger. 2 staff members said we could move to possibly get better wifi but then were told by another staff member that we couldn’t.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was found to be immaculate. Even if we were planning to stay in this area for several days, the Comfort Inn would be a good choice.

Room was not ready at 3:00 PM check in so we had to choose 3rd floor room that was ready but the elevator wasn't working so my 75 year old husband had to walk up three flights of stairs with dementia and Parkinson's which was extremely hard after a long long drive

Good location if you are going to Phoenix or Sedona. Doesn’t have much options but Denny’s and some other fast food options are at walkable distance. Breakfast could have been better but it was pretty good stay given price and location.

Front desk staff not trained to handle check ins.we got there at 2pm to see if we can get the room early as we did dozen of times at different hotels, but the lady without even listen the whole sentence that check in is at 3pm. We had to wait until 4pm to get our room because it was not ready and cleaned. The lady was not really ready to handle such a small situation and got a little offended when we asked her how long we would be waiting. In general it was not an experience that meets expectations. When we got to the room I wanted to put a couple of things in a drawer and I was shocked to find that it was full of food waste and garbage. The bed was not cleaned.

It is not typical of our housekeepers to leave rooms in such a state as that does not meet our brand standards either.
