Living Space: This is an Inviting home featuring soft couches and recliners. Relax and unwind with an HD flat screen Smart TV, with the ability to login to your own streaming services, including High-speed Starlink internet for your convenience! This home features an energy efficient A/C system, offering year-round comfort.

Kitchen: The kitchen is perfect to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals! Complete with a refrigerator, oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and Keurig single cup coffee maker! There are plenty of pots/pans, dishes, bakeware, BBQ utensils, and basic spices and oils. Kitchen linens, paper towels available for your stay!

Master Bedroom: A queen-sized bed centers the room and the room offers a large walk in closet. This room also features a ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower,
Second Bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed.
Third Bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed
*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for guests. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience*

Washer/Dryer: The home has a fully functional washer and dryer.

The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked after each stay.

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from wind, weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

You will have access to the home with an electronic door code. You will enjoy the entire interior and exterior of the home during your stay. The garage is off limits and reserved for the owner. This home will accommodate trailer parking if necessary.

Located just off Hwy 260, our retreat offers easy access to outdoor adventures like Fossil Creek, Bull Pen swimming hole, hiking, fishing, or biking on nearby trails. Only a mile from Camp Verde's new sports complex, enjoy diverse recreational activities. Additionally, Cliff Castle Casino is a short 10-15 minute drive from the home. Upon arrival, find entertainment and dining recommendations in our Welcome Book for an enriched stay.

Camp Verde is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. It is about 20 miles to Cottonwood, 25 miles to Historic Jerome, 30 miles to Sedona, 1 hour to Flagstaff, 2 ½ hours to the Grand Canyon!

This area is a quiet, serene community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.

Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (beyond the first hour). To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-out is not possible. Thank you for understanding.

Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
