”I booked this hotel after reading reviews about its great location and it was right. One minutes walk from the train station and straight down the hill into the centre and the main ferry/boat stops. We explored a few different places from here on train and by boat. The rooftop and cool tub was stunning to unwind after a day of exploring with amazing views over the lake. Super easy check in and out and lovely breakfast choices. ”

”The hotel is centrally located in the old town next to the lake. Some rooms have great lake and river views. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were clean and modern. Free bottles of water (frizzante/naturel) were brought to the room every day. Very good and varied breakfast! Friendly staff. "For a traveller without a car the location is difficult. Shuffle bus is the only option with taxi, but the bus takes a lot of time even for a couple kilometres journey because of bad logistics.
At the hotel all food and drinks are super expensive and it is almost impossible to eat healthy. There are no food stores close. A bottle of water is 4 euros and a glass of juice is 5 euros.
I was also dissapointed with the pool. There are only two pools: 150cm that is too much for a kid who cant swim yet or an short adult to accompany that child and 60 cm pool that is mainly for the little ones. There should be something in between for everyone to enjoy safely. Also the mandatory swimming cap is a weird rule - take your own because it is expensive there to buy.
The customer service in the bar was horrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for bread. After complaining, they promised to compensate but I never got anything.
