Five minutes walk to the peaceful riverside where you can walk or half an hour with the train and you’re in the middle of hustle and bustle. And after a busy day in the city you can come back, have a nice dinner, maybe a pint and you’re already in your accommodation! ”

Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. ”The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. The muck in the corners of the entranceway, hallways and bar was particularly problematic. The staff was amazing, as was the service and food!!”
