”We just stayed there to catch an early flight out of Florence the next day. But experience was great! Marco was very helpful with everything. Booked us a cab for our early flight and pointed us to parking in Florence. Nice big room and bathroom. ”

”Big and comfortable rooms, great staff! Very professional staff, both within the hotel and restaurant. The hotel had great food (apart from their hamburger which was really bad), we really recommend their florentine steak, which was superb! The pool area was very nice, and the hotel was in great condition. The only drawback of this hotel were the remote location (we arrived with a bus and had no car), and the fact that several guests reserved sunbeds for several hours without using them....

”Hotel localizado do lado de um shopping, restaurantes e um onibus( do shopping) que por €4,00 te leva ao centro, e te deixa ao lado da estação de trem Santa Maria Novella. Ou seja, foi perfeito! E ainda fica a 12 min do aeroporto de Florença. O staff foi nota 10! Principalmente o Leonardo. Muito atencioso, educado, simpático e prestativo, nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. ”
