The newly renovated accommodations are located on the first floor of the main house, with direct access from the private parking lot, which is reached through an automatic gate that opens with the provided remote control. A small staircase leads to the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.<br>Since this is a studio apartment, you enter directly into the bedroom, where the bed is set inside a small boat. This space also serves as a living room with a kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, double glass-ceramic stovetop, and coffee maker; you’ll also find a satellite TV. The bathroom features a very spacious hydromassage shower.
