Located on the first floor of a quiet building in a residential area without a lift, this bright apartment of about 55 square meters welcomes you with a large living room equipped with a modern kitchen and a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for hosting up to four people. The double bedroom guarantees relaxation and privacy, while the bathroom with window is very spacious and is equipped with a shower and offers you all the comfort you need after a day at the beach.

Important Notes:
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- group of Young People under 21 years old are not allowed
- small medium / sized pets allowed with a fee of euro 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels not included: can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or can be brought from home; not bookable on site

Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the property. Linen collection if rented at our offices in Marina di Campo or Portoferraio.
