Our two-room apartment boasts an incredible location, directly on the Lungomare of Marina di Campo, in one of its main squares a stone's throw from the sea and with a splendid view of the sea that opens up to the horizon. Not many words are needed to describe the main town on the island: sea, sun, services and fun. More than a kilometre long, with its golden sandy shore that slopes gently towards the sea, it is ideal for families with children; it offers both a free beach and a large stretch of equipped beach. Towards the east you will find the wildest part of the beach, equipped with games for children, and a beautiful pine forest will guarantee you shelter from the sun during the hottest hours. You are close to the white beaches of the Costa del Sole, the wonderful Cavoli, Fetovaia and Seccheto.

Marina di Campo is one of the most beloved destinations on Elba Island, perfect for those looking for crystal-clear waters, well-equipped beaches, sun, and fun just a short walk from home. The town center is lively and full of restaurants, bars, shops, and cafés, ideal for evening strolls, aperitifs, and shopping.

The Marina di Campo beach, over a kilometer long and with a gently sloping seabed, is perfect for families with children. Here you will find both free beach areas and fully equipped beach clubs. Toward the east, the beach becomes more natural and peaceful, with a pine forest, playgrounds for kids, and shaded areas.

Just a few minutes away are some of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa del Sole, such as Cavoli, Fetovaia, and Seccheto, among the most famous on Elba Island.

Two-room apartment for 2/4 guests, modern and bright, located on the second floor of a small building without an elevator, ideal for those seeking comfort and convenience. The accommodation features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed (perfect for 1 adult or 2 children), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

Important Notes:
Groups or young couples? We love you… but only from 21 years and older!
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM: this allows us time to prepare everything perfectly.
Arriving after 8:00 PM? No worries: we’ll still welcome you, with a small extra charge of €50.
Four-legged friends? Small pets are welcome! A contribution of €30 is required for extra cleaning.
Security deposit: €200 (we promise to return it after the accommodation inspection).

If left in cash, the refund will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of departure or via bank transfer in the following days (we believe this is the easiest method).

Linen: Sheets and towels are not included but can be added for €40 per double set if requested at least 7 days before arrival.

Alternatively, feel free to bring your own! (Unfortunately, it’s not possible to request them upon arrival).
