The beach of Marina di Campo, about 1 km long, is partly free and partly equipped with a gently sloping seabed and therefore ideal for families with small children. The town center is about 2 km away while the beach is 1.1 km.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of an independent villa where other apartments are located. The three-room apartment consists of an independent entrance, living room / kitchen, bedroom with double bed and single bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and covered terrace equipped with table and chairs. The property includes air conditioning, wifi, mosquito nets (only on the windows), TV, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and parking space. Pets are not allowed. It is possible to rent (booking in advance) bed linen and towels at an extra cost of € 30 per person to be communicated and paid in advance. Please notify for arrivals after 7:00 pm. For arrivals after 8:00 pm and for departures before 8:00 am there is a penalty of € 30.00 while delivery after midnight is not foreseen.
