”Price was great, very clean room with shared balcony overlooking forest. Vert clean hot tub and pool, sauna was closed.Full breakfast with nice selection, good coffee and overlooking the pond. Staff exceptionally kind and helpful. ”

”Attention all Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion concert goers - this is the perfect place to stay! Close to the venue and clean. Exactly as described. Plenty of parking across the street if you have a vehicle that is a little large for the spaces in directly in front of the rooms. The view is beautiful and we highly recommend two nights in order to take advantage of the property and lake itself. Will definitely book again for the next concert.”

”We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Our coffee maker stopped working and we sent a text and there was a new one on our porch within 10 minutes. All transactions were handled electronically and all communication via text and email. This location is walking distance to several bars and restaurants, the beach, train, shops and a large family arcade. Definitely would recommend and we plan to return. ”
”This was a very comfortable stay. Clean, quiet, and easily accessible as well. The TV didn't have volume when I turned it on but after I told the office the manager came right away, did a restart of the device, and it worked again. I was able to park right next to my room and I liked how the motel looked on the outside, too. It's a short, simple drive into town while being removed from any distractions. The price is right, too, and the manager friendly. I would gladly stay again.”
