”Staff went above and beyond”

”Beautiful and peaceful little lodge with easy access to all the wonderful things in the area (Catamount, Lakes etc..). Pool is very tranquil and each room has Mountain views. The lodge is artfully designed as well, providing a luxury feeling. I only wish 1) the indoor common area was open for guests at any time (but I assume this is a cost/staff issue) 2) there as espessso / coffee/ tea available for guests at a wider ranger of hours (only available at continental breakfast or kureg in room)....

”I had a terrible stay, the room was not clean and there was no ice bucket for my ice. Getting towels for the room took a very long time. I would not recommend this location for an overnight stay.”

”We arrived to our room and immediately noticed that all the windows were wide open with no screens down and the a/c was on. The room smelled like wet dog.i closed and locked the windows and was shocked it was left like that since it was a ground floor hotel with no front desk. As we unpacked, I noticed the room was dirty. The nightstands were dusty with hair and the bathroom floor was also full of hair. When my daughter went to use the bathroom she saw a bat hanging from the ceiling vent. I...

”expensive; no breakfast; in the middle of nowhere with no food available; few electrical outlets; tiny, claustrophobic shower/toilet area and sink area; very small room - too small for two people - WAY too expensive - maybe should have charged $75/night instead of the $150 with tax that we paid”
