”This was an excellent headquarters for launching my excursions around Banff. The staff delivered superior service when I requested a change of room. The rooms were clean and orderly with every amenity I could want. The premises were also clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The kitchen had every appliance, pots, pans, stoves, utensils, everything anyone could want. It was clean and easy to use. There was a laundry which I used gratefully. ”I wasn't sure what to expect, not having stayed in a Hostel before. They had onsite WiFi, which was helpful since I had poor cell service in the area. I had a private room with queen bed. The property was clean, safe, and comfortable. I was just there for 1 night and the stay was perfect. ”
