”This is my third time stay at this hostel and they still keep the high standards of the facilities and the services. Wi-Fi is very good. Just the room has a bit smell because we closed the windows at night but generally I have a very good stay there.”

”We stayed one night at a double bed ensuite room and were really happy with it. The location is perfect in the centre of the old Quebec. The room was nicer than we expected from a hostel room - wooden floors, old furniture, wide window sills and thick curtains. The bathroom was new, clean and spacious. We also had a fan in our room. The only minor complaint that I can think of is that the floor in our room was really squeaky, but that is the price you pay for the old building's charm. There were...

”Decent hostel at decent enough price. Has plethora of room options which was nice. the staff are super friendly and are helpful with questions and enquiries. They have their own bar which is a good hanging out spot in the evenings to meet other people staying in the hostel. Their location is pretty convenient and close by to the downtown area.”

”Great experience if you want to get to know new people. Nice sleeping area, though small because 6 beds in one room. Good waiting area. Nice built in bar.just don't use the kitchen.”

”VERY rude staff. I purchased a room via debit card and when I got to the reception and showed them my receipt from online they told me they couldn’t accept debit cards and did not refund me for my rooms I already bought. They claimed they only accept credit cards however I bought a room there a week earlier with the same don’t card and they accepted it. The staff are on drugs, unstable, and constantly change their “ policy”stay away from this type of customer services. Still never got my refund...

”I had a very hard time locating the unit. I was tired tired tired. Missed the stairwell and then walked very far out of my way with my suitcase. It was dark when I checked in. A ride via golf cart- would have been amazing. Still. Great price and convenience and loved staying on campus. ”

”Friendly staff. Bed is too soft especially for a bigger person, but managed. Room is well airconditioned. Toikets and showers were clean. Lockers in room r pretty small. Location is good.”

”Love the breakfast in the morning, easy to socialize at the bar downstairs and get some affordable food and drinks. Service was excellent and very close to everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing is that the bunk beds are creaky so it’s hard to be quiet when you get into bed in the evening and the noise might be an issue for some.”
