”First and foremost this booking got booked for the wrong dates which resulted in a very distressing experience for my family. We arrived at the property around 9:00 PM with my senior parents and young child, expecting to check in, only to be told that our reservation period had already ended. We were left stranded at night with nowhere to stay. The host refused to let us check in and also refused to provide any refund, forcing us to find last-minute accommodation at a significantly higher...

”The place was clearly cheaply built, and the people living upstairs (owner?) Were tromping around until last more than once and there is clearly no soundproofing out in. Also handyman came to caulk the kitchen backsplash during our visit which was just weird. Also, there is no control for the temperature in the unit so you're at the mercy of whatever the main for decides they want the temp to be up there which is clearly different than the basement. ”
