”I don't like that on the website to book the room it says housekeeping but I was told once I was in the room that for housekeeping to come to my room it would be 150.00 and I feel that's wrong and false advertisement, I was under the impression that housekeeping would come to the room everyday and since that's not the case that should be something that should be in the description so your guess won't be confused like I was”

”I liked that the hotel has strict security measures. At first, when I wanted to check on the evening, the front entry was locked. The at desk person opened the door and explained it’s their safety policy. I appreciate it after realizing why, as there can be sketchy people around. I felt safe and comfortable.
