”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10.
The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault.
The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Location is excellent too. ”

”I went for my 5 year anniversary and I can say that we loved our stay. The staff always made sure we were well accommodated from the moment before we arrived to the inn until the very last day. The energy and vibes were amazing and relaxing. It exceded my expectations. The food and restaurants facilities were also wonderful.”

”Overall it’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Had some issues with broken elevator & electric doors going in and out. Also asked the front desk for a wine glass from the bar and they were unable to honor this request which was disappointing & seemed like an easy thing to do for customer satisfaction. ”

”Grenoble House is a hidden gem! Close enough to everything to be practical, far enough to avoid the noise of Bourbon. The hot tub was a must have and the fully loaded kitchen was a great touch - though we ate at local spots our whole stay. Our room was clean and spacious and we would definitely comeback if we made it to NOLA again. ”
