”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”Efficient check in process late in the evening. I asked for decaff tea bags and milk at the reception desk. One of the ladies there brought them herself soon after we got to our room. Nice breakfast for an additional fee the next morning. Location was great with the hotel being a few minutes away from the train station”

”Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

”A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay. Having a kitchen was a game-changer for avoiding takeaway/eating out fatigue and meant I could have a relaxed night in instead. ”Basic full English with some cereal , yogurt and pastries with bread and rolls. As much tea and coffee as you can drink with some fruit like apples and oranges. The menu for later looked interesting but never got round to ordering because of the very excellent restaurant next door “mylahore”. Staff brilliant and parking somewhat pricey but fitting with local parking and easy to purchase in foyer. Rooms cleaned everyday unless you request not. With items very well looked after. Very happy...
