The Space:

This one-bedroom apartment offers a spacious and comfortable layout ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers. The bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.



The living area includes a double-size sofa bed, a dining table, and a private balcony that brings natural light into the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, blender, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and utensils.



The apartment also includes a desk area for remote work, along with air conditioning, Smart TV, closet space, iron, and hair dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the apartment. The building uses smart locks for both the main entrance and the apartment door, allowing convenient self check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Mojarra 27 is located on Calle Mojarra, across from the Mercado Nader area, one of Cancún’s most vibrant and emerging neighborhoods. What was once primarily a residential area has transformed into a lively district filled with cafés, open-air restaurants, local markets, and colorful street murals.

Staying here allows guests to experience a more authentic side of Cancún while still being close to the city’s main attractions. The Caribbean beaches, the ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres, and the upscale Puerto Cancún marina are all just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Getting around Cancún from Mojarra 27 is simple and convenient. Many cafés, restaurants, and local spots can be reached on foot, making it easy to explore the neighborhood.

For longer distances, Uber and taxis are widely available throughout the area. The beaches and hotel zone are typically about a 10 to 15 minute drive away.

Street parking may be available nearby, although the building itself does not have dedicated parking.
