The Space:

If you need help arranging transportation, renting a car, booking tours, activities or making restaurant reservations, we will assign an activities agent to help you.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and at your departure. We also leave you one bath towel and one pool towel per person. However, if you want any additional cleaning, we can coordinate it at an extra cost. (Subject to staff availability, please schedule in advance)



Guest Access:

We use a self check-in system so that you can arrive and enter the apartment at the established arrival times. In the same way, we are always aware of anything you need and we appreciate your communication at all times to know that everything is fine during your reservation.



The Neighborhood:

The area is very safe, the condominium has security 24 hours a day. The guards can help you with anything or any question you may have.



Plazas Outlet (Shopping Center) is walking distance from the condominium. The Walmart supermarket is also approximately 10 minutes away on foot.



Getting Around:

It is approximately 20 minutes from the airport, if you need transportation we can make the reservation for you. It is recommended to rent a car but it is not necessary, you can also take the R1 or R2 bus to get around the hotel zone and you can go to the beach on foot.



Other Things to Note:

It is a family and quiet condominium. Parties are strictly prohibited and no noise or music is allowed after 9 pm.

Anything you need we are at your disposal. Whether for advice, ticket sales to parks or activities, transportation or any extra service you require, we can help you hire it.
