Nice hotel in North Candolim. 5* hotel with really nice personnel. Normal brakfast with Indian specialities and toast.

Rantalomalla
Todella palveluhenkistä henkilökuntaa. Aamupalalla myös paljon paikallisia ruokia. Sekä aamupala että illallisbuffetin ruoat olivat todella tasokkaita. Hotellin ravintolan hintataso jonkin verran ympäristön ravintoloita kalliimpi. Huoneet oli sijoiteltu siten että kadulta tuleva meteli ei kantautunut huoneisiin asti, mikä oli mukavaa koska matkustimme kahden pienen lapsen kanssa. Rantaan oli kohtuullinen kävelymatka kun vain löysi nopeimman reitin. Lähistöllä oli monia hyviä ravintoloita ja hotellin pihalla oli takseja valmiina odottamassa, jos halusi käydä kauempana. Tosin hieman halvemmalla taksin sai kadun varrelta. Kaikenkaikkiaan positiivinen kokemus ja yöpyisimme hotellissa myös uudelleen.

The staff were amazing from checking in to checking out. They were all super polite and extremely attentive and always smiling and greeting you in the most hospitable way. Our check in with a young lady who’s name is Asthena I think (originally from Mumbai) was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. I felt like we were being greeted by a good friend. Also Ganesh from housekeeping was incredibly polite and helpful. These two are an asset to this hotel and absolutely deserve promotion, pay rise and bonuses. Because of them we are already planning another trip back and I will be bringing the whole family👍

This is no way a 5* hotel! the hotels is is poor condition with water leaking all over the top floor and buckets put to catch the water . Smelt of of damp , dark and dingy!! shame on the Hyatt brand putting their name to this place. Coin lhr wait to check out. Food offering was pathetic and tasteless. Avoid this place like the plague . No way what’s expected for 5 star !

Pros - Nice location, walkable from beach and restaurants - friendly and attentive staff - Prompt service, individual attention - Pool bar - Clean spacious rooms - Although transport is not available through the hotel, plenty of cabs outside the hotel Cons - Breakfast is standard, the non-veg option in the breakfast buffet is limited. However, the veg spread is good and plentiful.

Great Staff and Breakfast
Nice welcoming hotel and super friendly staff. Breakfast was great too. Only thing that the rooms bathroom could do with a super clean as bottom of shower tiles had mould and we could smell it. Also bad smell in lifts. They need to scent it regularly for an 5 star hotel. Otherwise all good.

Great stay with friendly service
Great 4 night stay for a large group with kids, hotel is well-suited for families and is conveniently located at 10 mins walk to the Candolim beach which is relatively quiet. Children's activity and pool area is great for those with young kids. Food is decent with room for improvement - breakfast service gets crowded quickly with long waits on occasion. Customer service was fantastic - we were taken care well by the staff especially Mr Caine, Mr Vicky, Mr Sanjay and Ms Joslin.

Very clean hotel and helpful staffs
We recently stayed there for 5 days with family. The whole staffs and hotel was so friendly and above and beyond helpful. The property is so clean and very neatly maintained with great bfast and food choices.

The Room was too good. The breakfast spread was awesome. It's in heart of North Goa which is a big positive. All staff were very polite & checkout handling by the young lady Christabel was very smooth.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The child policy of the hotel is very family friendly.( good for families to stay here ) Very happy with the hotel Only downside was the breakfast place was too crowded, if at all they can have two counters whenever the hotel is full that will help! Very happy and will recommend other to stay here
