MAIN VILLA : 3 BEDROOMS
As you enter the main house from street level, you'll find yourself in the bright upper floor featuring a spacious air-conditioned living room that overlooks the garden. Our above-ground swimming pool features a lockable gate, purposefully designed with family safety in mind. The 'upper' level also includes a master suite with a generous walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, plus a cozy terrace perfect for morning coffee.

Descending to the garden level, you'll discover two additional bedrooms, each with walk-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a split-queen bed that can be configured as either two singles or one double bed. These rooms open onto a private terrace surrounded by garden views, with zero vis-à-vis for complete privacy.

What sets our villa apart is the meticulous attention to comfort - we've installed whisper-quiet AC systems mounted on soft plastic and placed away from living spaces, premium double-glazed windows for perfect sound isolation, and an enterprise-grade WiFi network ensuring seamless connectivity throughout.

GUEST HOUSE : 1 BEDROOM
The separate guest house follows the same inverted design. Enter at street level to find an air-conditioned living space with an equipped kitchen. Downstairs, a private bedroom suite opens directly to the garden and includes its own bathroom and intimate terrace. Complete with its own entertainment system (Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video), it's perfect for extended family or friends seeking additional privacy.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

For a seamless arrival experience, we offer two convenient check-in options:

Airport Transfer & Welcome
We'll gladly arrange for one of our trusted drivers to pick you up from the airport. They know the villa well and will ensure you're comfortably settled in. Simply send us your flight details, and we'll take care of the rest.

Self Check-In
If you're arriving outside staff hours or prefer to make your own way, we provide easy self check-in access via a secure key box. We'll send you detailed access instructions and codes before your arrival.

OUR VILLA TEAM

Our small, dedicated team helps maintain the villa while respecting your privacy:

- Ibu Linda, our housekeeper, provides daily service Monday through Saturday (9 AM - 12 PM). During Balinese ceremonies, she may adjust her schedule to later in the day. She'll ensure your stay is comfortable while maintaining the villa's pristine condition.
- Pak Wayan tends to our garden and pool three times weekly (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings), keeping our outdoor spaces beautiful and refreshing.

Please note:
- During major Balinese holy days like Galungan and Nyepi, our staff will be observing these important ceremonies and won't be available. In case of staff illness, we'll arrange temporary coverage promptly.
- As with all properties in Bali's tropical environment, occasional wildlife encounters (geckos, insects) may occur despite our enclosed design.

HOUSE POLICIES

Gatherings: While large parties aren't permitted, we're happy to discuss accommodating intimate family dinners. Please consult with us in advance.

Pets: To maintain our villa's pristine condition, we cannot accommodate pets.
