Being so close to a main water taxi and water bus stop made getting to and from the airport and train station a breeze. The nearby gondola station was an added bonus. ”Property was large enough for 2 families in a quiet section of Venice. Canal views were a plus. Only negative was that the apartment was up 2 large flights of stairs. Full kitchen was awesome!”

”We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The place was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be in a location that wasn’t overrun with tourists. Of course, the minor downside is we had to walk a little further to see the popular spots, but that was fine. Location was very close to a good coop (grocery store).Our host communicated well and even got us fairly short notice tickets for a nice walking tour. ”

”The flat is in a lovely and quiet area just off the main street. Easy to access, has all the kitchenware we needed. Air conditioner is only in the living room, so the bedroom was pretty warm. Was clean and Gaby was extremely helpful. ”

”Venetsialaisittain siisti asunto, uskomaton huonekorkeus! Ilmastointilaitteella sai asunnon viilennettyä mukavasti, kunhan taisteli aikansa kaukosäätimen kanssa. Pieniä sisiliskoja vilisti asunnossa, mutta siihenkin tottui. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava, pressopannuun oli jäänyt joltain aiemmalta asukilta (homeiset) purut sisälle. Neljältä hengeltä aika kova siivousmaksu (120 €) siihen nähden, että vastaan tuli tällainen ikävä yllätys. Asuinalue rauhallinen, hyvä sijainti myös...

”The only problem was locating the apartment. Google maps kept changing the address to a different spot. Also the door to get into the apartment is next to the smallest road in Venice. At times we had to ask people to move to get in. The host were super helpful with everything. Would definitely go back.”

”Upscale apartment with lots of charm. It has been well maintained; excellent air conditioning; very clean. Our host,Jane, was most accommodating, and helped us arrange transportation both from the airport and to our cruise ship at Fusina a few days later. We also enjoyed meeting her son, Michael, who took us on a boat tour of both Murano and Burano. Would not hesitate to rent this again the next time we come to Venice.”
