Available to all guests are, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool, the two solariums and covered parking.

The rooms are comfortable and bright, and cover an area of 40 sq. m.
The living room is furnished with an open kitchen, dining room and 2 single sofa beds. Next to it is 1 double bedroom.
Finally, there is 1 full shower room.
The parking area inside the property, spacious and convenient, is designed to ensure maximum convenience and safety for guests.
There are two solarium areas, one next to the pool and one on the second floor, the latter with striking views of the surrounding nature.
All outdoor spaces are shared with the other vacation homes in the villa.

- Self check-in. Per ottenere il codice d' accesso, seguire le istruzioni che verranno fornite via mail/wsapp.     - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.                              
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Heating not included, to pay upon arrival,  at the mandatory extra cost of euro 5 per day from November to April.
- Shared laundry and garden.
