”Really lean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location, a very short walk to a an excellent restaurant (Osprey Cafe) and a market that is open late. Really appreciated the quiet backyard and the beach toys provided! ”

I have young children and the walk was much shorter than many beach houses that claim close beach access in their listings. This stretch of the beach is a little south of the busier part of town. ”What a cute and clean little house, right on the beach! You can tell that thought was put into the items around the house to make it as comfortable as possible for guests, and they did a fantastic job. Plenty of beach towels, extra blankets, and kitchen items like mixing bowls, good quality pans and a Dutch oven. The only thing lacking is a good knife, so if you’re a decent home chef I’d recommend bringing your own, as well as any spices you’ll need. Also there was no sauce pan. But other than...

”Front door on the promenade, where we could watch people walk past, sitting by the gas fire "table" ...with front door access for our dog, when duty called. Gated front yard too. Easy 5 min. walk to turn about, a little further to aquarium, and back to Broadway for kids fun time and shopping. Did not pay attention to "vintage" description of house but it was the cutest ol' house in between the taller rental structures. Felt special in this 1904 cottage compared to the more modern high rises.”
