Great staff but tired rooms.
"The reason for 5 stars is down to the staff all of whom were kind and helpful, particularly Michael. The room was very clean but has certainly seen better days and the bathroom was very cramped although had a good shower. The hotel is well situated in the centre of Carlisle in the heart of the shopping ..."

Great retreat!
"The cottage was immaculate and well stocked. Had everything we needed and a bit more! Beds were very comfy. Very helpful owners, friendly and welcoming. Lovely area, out of the way so was a peaceful place to stay. Really enjoyed our holiday."
