”Room #21, 1.The bed make a horrific noise when you sit on it. 2.The ceiling light is located on the wall, directly facing the bed. If you are watching tv, and turn off the light {because it is blinding you} the television turns off. 3.You must step up into the room, this is not a normal step and there should be a warning sign to watch your step both outside and inside on the door. 4.Previous repair work in the bathroom was done without care. 5. ”Room was very comfortable but the building itself is getting worn out. Tub surround needed replacing. Moldy at corners of the wall tub area. Breakfast was ok. No tea available. No employees around. I had to go stick my nose in the managers office and an employee happened to be at the front lobby to help me. Dining area dirty, no employee maintaining breakfast area.”

”I reserved a room with a queen size bed and our room had a full size bed which was okay for the one night. I was disappointed in that. Overall for the price it was an acceptable room.”

”Stayed at this location several times and have seen improvements. The staff is excellent! Clean and comfortable with great dining options in walking distance from fast food to steak house. Owners are working on more improvements and I’m confident they will get there it just will take time.”

We go back get another key to another room and there was someone in that room when we opened the door — some guy that we “think” worked there but was dressed in basketball clothing — he left and the room was soo dirty . We did not feel safe so asked to cancel as we were not going to stay after all of this. They said ok but Expedia will have to refund you - I hope someone...

The parking lot didn’t have any vehicles in it and it was Memorial weekend. That should have been my first warning but we proceeded to check in.
